Shipping

We have a flat rate for orders going to destinations within the continental United States, via USPS Ground. We offset for carbon emissions on every USPS (yay, more trees!). Traveler cushions are $5 Flat Rate, and Caddys are $10 Flat Rate. For non-special orders, we do our very best to ship within 2 business days of receiving the order, and will notify you if there is an unexpected delay. If you have a special/custom order, for example, different dimensions or other special requests, please allow 2-3 weeks. We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

If you happen to live near Santa Cruz, California, and would like to pick your new cushes up from us, give us a holler at (310) 529-0445. We can also arrange to drop off your order for a whopping $.50/mile in our eco-friendly moto, up to 20 miles from Santa Cruz, CA.

We try to limit packaging, so don't expect bubble wrap.

We can also ship to virtually any address in the world, but we only offer flat-rate shipping to those in the Continental U.S.. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy

We hope that if you are at all unhappy with your product that you contact us right away so we can discuss a way to remedy the issue. You may also return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
